What to ExpectAn in-person course to prepare you in planning for a nourishing & restorative postpartum or fourth trimester.
A supportive space to be held, witnessed, & honored in community through your rite of passage.
Postpartum is the journey out of the labyrinth.
Birth is just the beginning. The postpartum period has traditionally been honored as a time of healing, connection, & transformation with the understanding that the support received during this time has implications for the rest of your life.
Postpartum care is often overlooked, forgotten, or seen as a luxury. As a result families are left on their own with little guidance or support.
This course acknowledges that the status quo of minimal postpartum care is not sufficient for truly thriving families & empowers you to craft a plan that will provide you a nourishing fourth trimester.
Postpartum planning prenatally makes all the difference for you and your family’s health, happiness, and ease of integration into parenthood & the new rituals of your family.

Meet Your Guide
I’m a birth/postpartum doula, Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner, & Birth Story Listener. After the birth of my son 8 years ago I found that I was wildly unprepared for postpartum. Since then I’ve devoted myself to birth work & supporting women & families through their rites of passage. I believe that being held & supported through these times is crucial to a thriving family which ripples out & has implications for our society at large. Postpartum does not need to be filled with despair & depletion. There is another way. My goal in offering this course is to share with others how to truly experience a nourishing & regenerative postpartum. I hope to see you there.
With love,
Allison
