Postpartum support that focuses on you. Services could include de-briefing your birth story, physical & emotional support, light housekeeping, help with baby while you rest, nourishment and education. I focus on the 5 pillars of traditional postpartum care.

Daytime only, minimum of 4-hour shifts 2x/week
