I’m here to witness & celebrate you in this pivotal time of transformation, to embrace the terrain of your unique experience both inner & outer, to be a steady grounded presence, & to bring ease to the unknown.
As a postpartum doula, I offer traditional daytime postpartum care that is nourishing & regenerative.
I also offer postpartum planning sessions for families seeking planning assistance & will not be hiring a postpartum doula for in-home care. This is a budget friendly option to set yourself up for a nourishing postpartum return &/or a guide to assist your friend/family helpers in how best to support you.
